Our Story

Community-inspired, Community-led

We are 4 communities by communities, a US-Nigerian Cancer Control Center that understands ending cancer begins first with communities leading the way.

Our Partners

Our Program

Rooted in Learning, Driving Impact

We use participatory approaches; open calls, designathons, innovation bootcamps, pilot field work, and community-driven clinical trials to learn from communities and work together to drive cervical and liver cancer prevention and control that is accessible and lasting.

Our Mission

To use the power of vaccines to prevent cancer in Nigeria through community partnerships, crowdsourcing and coaching strategies that create lasting impact.

Our Vision

A Nigeria where no one dies from preventable cancer.

Our Purpose

Empowering Communities for Cancer Control

We are committed to empowering communities to fuel real change and innovation to fight cervical and liver cancer. These transformative solutions are possible when community assets meet opportunities. We built this open community model to solve these complex health problems with rather than for communities.
